This project starts from an extensive plan of urban and housing infrastructure, with 40 two-bedroom houses, 100 three-bedroom houses, 60 four-bedroom houses and ten luxury houses. At the same time there is a primary school for children, a bank, a market, a police building and a mixed use building. The project’s intention was to create the largest area of green spaces, where vehicular and pedestrian traffic passes, in the private patios of the houses, and to also incorporate gardens in the communal spaces.
