A new tower in Samba bay, is part of a symbiosis between architecture and nature and is a new way of creating a new identity in the city (an icon) and quality architectural spaces. The diagram of the tower is thought out to make the most of natural elements, such as light, cross ventilation, green spaces, in terraces towards the facades creating double or triple-heights and at the same time, incorporating ecological technology, such as solar energy, water abstraction and using prefabricated materials that lead to a quick and intelligent building process.
