The refurbishment is based on a style different to the existing building, as well as being equipped with a larger plan including a daycare center and emphasizing the main courtyard with several activities. The main façade has been worked on with a double-skin to create a space for games with slides and swings. This new skin has been designed with color degradation contributing to a wonderful atmosphere for children. Administrative spaces are provided in the entrance to the grounds. On the left side of the courtyard is an open dining room and kitchen. Subsequently at the end of the premises is a two-floor building where the work rooms, bedrooms and staff quarters are.
