The objective of the project is the construction of a four floors multifamily building for housing of 2 and 3 bedrooms, a ground floor for commercial use, underground parking, technical areas and a common entertainment area on the roof of the building.
The building will be 90 cm above ground level lining up to the street in ground floor, first and second floor, from the third and fourth floor will have a setback of 3 and 5 meters, respectively. In the rear facade of the first floor will have a setback of 6m from the boundary. The basement will use the whole area.
