The rectangular field is located on the sea front, with a steep slope and with two entrances at the ends, the first at a height above sea level of 11.10 meters and the second at 1.50 meters. The concept stems from the idea of a succession of volumes distributed in mean levels creating a set of indoor and outdoor spaces overlooking the sea. These platforms are divided into four steps, the first inside the house, two exterior perimeters and a final outer connecting terraces. The program incorporates the client’s offices that are on the top and functionally separate from the rest of the house, the street level is an open platform access to home and office, and down through levels means develops the program of the house to get to the beach access.
