This house is spread over three levels, concentrating the staff quarters in the basement, the communal areas on the ground floor with the master bedroom and finally on the second floor the main bedroom area and the terrace. The basic concept of the house comes from the design that revolves around a central garden, creating a unique meeting space. The entrance hall is the opening to access the large double-height space where the living room, dining room and kitchen are. This is the main area of the house, designed with parasols to regulate sunlight and make a pleasant space with a garden view.
